St. Francis Yacht Club was founded in 1927 by a group of 21 San Francisco Yachtsman with a vision of a club in the City. St. Francis Yacht Club is a year-round host of over 40 regattas on San Francisco Bay, including the annual Big Boat Series each September. The Club was host to the 2000 US Olympic Sailing Trials, and continues to host World and National Championships.

Exit the airport and Get on Highway I-380 West towards San Bruno, drive for three miles. Take I-280 North to Junipero Serra Blvd in San Francisco; drive eight miles. Continue on Junipero Serra Blvd to 19th Ave . Continue on 19th Ave. Take Park Presidio Blvd and Veterans Blvd to Girard Rd. Take exit 437 from US-101. Take Marina Blvd and Yacht Rd to Estrian Way.

 

From San Jose Airport (52 miles /1 hour):

Get on US-101 North from Airport Pkwy, Follow US-101 North to Market St in San Francisco for 45 miles. Turn right onto Market St; Turn left toward Franklin St; Continue onto Franklin St; Turn left onto Bay St; Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto Laguna St; Continue onto Marina Blvd; Slight right onto Old Mason St; Turn right onto Yacht Rd; Turn left onto Estrian Way. Destination will be on the right.

 

From Oakland International Airport (24 miles /45 minutes):

Exit Airport Drive; becomes 98th Avenue. Use the right 2 lanes to take the Interstate 880 North ramp to Downtown/Oakland; Merge onto I-880 North; drive for 9 miles; Use the left 3 lanes to take the Interstate 80 West exit toward San Francisco; Merge onto I-80 West; Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 2C for Fremont St; Turn left onto Fremont St; Turn right at the 1st cross street onto Howard St; Turn left onto The Embarcadero; Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Bay St; Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto Laguna St; Continue onto Marina Blvd; Slight right onto Old Mason St; Turn right onto Yacht Rd; Turn left onto Estrian Way.
